BARBECUE MEATLOAF _Ingredients_ 2 1/2 lbs Ground Beef 1 Can (8 oz.) Tomato soup 1 egg, beaten 1 Cup crushed Ritz Crackers 2 Tbsp Honey 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp Minced Onions 1/2 Tsp Salt 1/4 Tsp Pepper 1/2 Cup Water 2 Tsp Prepared Mustard 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar _Directions_ Combine Ground Chuck with half the Tomato Soup, Egg, Crackers, Honey, 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, Onions, Salt, and Pepper. Mix well and form into a ball. Place aluminum foil in the crockpot leaving an inch or so extending on each side to help remove meatloaf. Place meatloaf in the crockpot. Combine remaining Tomato Soup, 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, Water, Mustard and Brown Sugar. Whisk and pour over meatloaf. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
